Annual Impact Conference 2026 and 10 Years Anniversary Celebration

The YALI Network Abuja 10th Anniversary & Annual Impact Conference celebrates a decade of youth leadership and community impact, and looks ahead to the next chapter of youth-led change in Nigeria.

Under the theme “Empowering Leaders, Strengthening Systems, Impacting Communities,” it brings together young leaders, policymakers, development partners, entrepreneurs, and civil society to explore how young people can strengthen institutions and drive sustainable change.

The programme features keynote addresses, panel discussions, a fireside chat, and Ignite Speeches, plus six simultaneous Solutions Labs where participants take on real challenges and build practical recommendations.

The day closes with the 10th Anniversary Dinner & Awards Night, honouring our volunteers, partners, and sponsors, with the Business Grant Challenge, a fashion show, spoken word, cultural performances, and music.

This is more than a celebration. It is a call to move beyond conversations to practical solutions, stronger systems, and lasting impact.

Solutions Labs

Every participant joins one of six Solutions Labs, which run at the same time:

• Lab 1: Governance & Institutional Strengthening Lab. Challenge: Fix the System and Build Institutions That Work. Expected output: Policy/Reform Proposal & Institutional Strengthening Blueprint.
• Lab 2: Energy Systems & Innovation Lab. Challenge: Powering Communities. Expected output: Community Energy Solution Blueprint.
• Lab 3: Social Impact & Innovation Lab. Challenge: Build a Solution That Can Sustain Itself. Expected output: Social Enterprise/Business Model.
• Lab 4: Business and Entrepreneurship Lab. Challenge: Solving the Funding Gap Behind Business Failure. Expected output: Data/Evidence-Based Solution.
• Lab 5: Tech and Data Solutions Lab. Challenge: Building Tools That Work. Expected output: Tech/Digital Solution Prototype or Roadmap.
• Lab 6: Agriculture and Nutrition.
